Colour-type analysis is based on a portrait photo in 3:4 format. Please make sure your photo meets the following requirements:

▶ natural light or a neutral light source;

▶ a neutral background;

▶ no colour filters or post-processing;

▶ no heavy shadows, overexposure, or strong highlights on the skin or eyes;

▶ face positioned straight-on, without any turn, with a direct gaze;

▶ minimal make-up (for example, on the brows or lashes) or none at all;

▶ hair should be worn down and must not cover the face.

Not recommended:

▶ wearing bold, eye-catching accessories or jewellery near the face;

▶ covering the neck with clothing (a simple plain t-shirt or vest top is recommended);

▶ wearing a hat or any other head covering;

▶ letting hair fall across the face.

Once you have your photo ready, check that the colours are reproduced accurately: compare the image with your appearance in real life and make sure the shades of your skin, eyes, and hair are as true to reality as possible — just as you see yourself in the mirror.

If the colours in the photo are clearly distorted — for example, your hair looks noticeably darker, your eyes appear less saturated, or your skin looks lighter than in real life — the image is not suitable for analysis. In that case, please use a different photo.
